Search Webster (Library Catalog)
Maxwell Library uses the Library of Congress Classification System. To locate your book in the General Collection look at the first letter of the call number. If it begins with the letter A-L, it will be on the second floor. If it starts with the letters M-Z, it will be on the third floor. Reference Books and periodicals are located on the first floor and may not be checked out.
These databases require a BSU login.
Academic Onefile contains articles from 8,000 academic journals, the majority in full-text; hundreds of podcasts and transcripts from NPR, CNN, and the CBC; and full-text New York Times content to 1995.
Vocations and Career Collection
Finding the right career can be a daunting and high stakes task: finding an appropriate institution of learning, job searching, and maintaining a career are all topics covered by this collection, providing current and applicable content for all vocational milestones. Offering content from nearly 400 journals, this collection provides content from general career guides to highly specialized industry journals.
Academic Search Premier
A general-interest academic database which features full text for over 2,300 scholarly (peer-reviewed) journals as well as abstracts and indexing for many additional titles.
Business Source Premier
Citations with abstracts for over 3,000 scholarly journals as well as other periodicals in management, economics, finance, accounting, international business and more. In addition, the full text for nearly 1,300 journals is included.
News & Newspapers (Proquest)
Searches the Boston Globe, Historical New York Times (1851-2008), and the Wall Street Journal
A full-text database, with coverage of numerous newspapers, business periodicals, legal journals and case laws, and medical journals.
